work principle
The small ball mill is a horizontal rotary cylindrical device
driven by an external gear. When the small ball mill is working,
raw materials are evenly fed from the feed port through the hollow
shaft into the first chamber of the stepped liner or corrugated
liner with various steel balls of different sizes, and the
centrifugal force brings the steel balls to a certain height. The
balls fall down to impact, crush and grind the material. After the
qualified particles leave the first chamber, they enter the second
chamber with flat plates and steel balls through a separate
partition. The material is further ground in the cavity, and the
final qualified particles and powder are discharged from the
opening.

A:Gear,steel balls,high Mn steel linings or Rubber linings or PU
liners etc as the spare parts as belows.We can customize the ball
mill according to customer's requirement.
Q2: What's your MOQ?
A: we have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of
USD80 will apply for all orders less that USD 1000 for custom
handing cost purpose.
Q3: what is your payment terms?
A: The payment terms we accept is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight,
T/T preferred.
Q4: What's the lead time for small order and mass production?
A: 1-3 working days for small order, and 3-10 working days for mass
production of material, and the final lead time will be subject to
